Xersos ship - Gravity 1#
A smoke is rising, whata, omg he almost blow the ship, That Narcissis. He is something. Oh well, i need to start training. I start running in the gravity, it is soo hard that i need to stop now and then to rest, even the running in the gravity is draining my power. After that i take a little rest, after resting i see a weights and start lifting them, omg they are so heavy, tham, i need to do it.

Still lifting the weights, my hand are shaking,i need to stop i felt how the sweat is drip on the floor. I put down the weight's and start resting , i see how the narcissis is sleeping. I then take my stance and start's teleporting , but it is hard to do it...

Xersos ship - Gravity 3#
Oh my i need to do it. I gather the ki and sen't the blue ball of energy to the oposite site , the ball colapse from gravity, if i can shoot the ki blast's in this gravity, then on the normal i can do lot more. I then start to gather my ki and i yell Galick gun, i shoot a energy beam at the opposite site of the room, i manage to curve it and now the beam is heading toward's me, i make my stance i put may hands in the postion to catch the beam. The beam hit's me and i am sent flying to the wall. Oh my i think that i need to rest from gravity for now.

Train normal
I turn of the gravity and start normaly training: I do 30,000 pushups 30,000 situps 30,000 squats, after that i begin to train my Infinite Break technique, then my technique Double Galick Gun. Then i comlited the training with the running outside the ship for 400 laps.

I do do 10,000 galick guns, some 5,100 Big bang attack, then i make the stance and start using my solar flare, there is a bright light. i then power up and start howering in the air for around 10 hours, after this hours are done i collaps from power draining.

I started to practice some punches, firs right then left and so i add the weight's and tie them on the leg's , the i started running around the training room , it was heavy. After on hour of running i stopet and free my legs from the weight that i put there. Then do 10,000 Kick 10,000 Punch 10,000 Knee 10,000 Shoulder Ram 10,000 Elbow 10,000 Shin Kick 10,000 Uppercut, i need to get to some air. Lets do it again: then i do 5,000 Kick 5,000 Punch 5,000 Knee 5,000 Shoulder Ram 5,000 Elbow 5,000 Shin Kick 5,000 Uppercut

I instantaneously transmit myself into Xersos's ship and turn on his gravity machine. I drop to the ground and do 2,000 push ups. Then I roll over and do 2,000 sit ups. I get to my feet and do 2,000 squats. I walk over to a pull up bar and do 2,000 pull ups. I sit down on the ground and take a break...

I walk over to a punching bag and punch it 1,000 times with each hand. Then I kick it 1,000 times with each foot. I then elbow it 1,000 times with each elbow. I finish by kneeing it 1,000 times with each knee. I lay down after I finish and take a break...

I started my day with 1,000 Galick Gun, then another set of 1,000 Galick Gun in the kaoken mode then i did 3,000 pushups situps squats and pullups. 1,000 Galick Gun,in the kaoken mode then anothe set of 2,000 Galick Gun, ordinary wihtaur the kaoken. Then i practice my new technique Infinite Break aroud the 3,000 times in the kaoken, until i I could not stand, then i went to sleep.

Another set of 4,000 punch and kicks and shin kicks, then after a short brak i do 3,000 Galick gun then i repeat the 4,000 punch and kicks and shin kicks. continued my training: 3,000 Galick gun in the kaoken mode, 3,000 Infinite Breaks in the kaoken, then another series of 3,000 punch and kicks and shin kicks then 4,000 sit ups,and push-ups. Then i start to power up a Blue aura burst from my body as i do 4,000 sit ups,and push-ups in the power up mode. I then feal a severe weaknes coming from my body, tham i need to rest.

Ah that was i good rest, now lets go training some more: I do 4,000 push ups and 3,000 sit ups and 3,000 squats and 4,000 pull ups. And then i start to do 2,000 Galick gun and 1,000 Big bang attack, after that i am forced to take the rest because my body cant take it anymore.

I have found a food in the fridge, it was good, now lets go back on the training; 1,000 pushups situps squats and pullups, then he have a little rest the again but this time he do: 2,500 pushups situps squats and pullups.

Third part of my training i repeat the last post: I do 3,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats, after that i begin to train my Infinite Break technique, then my new technique Double Galick Gun, then i practice how much time i can spend in ss, then i do around 3,000 situps in the ss.

hold out my right hand and charge up energy in my hand and then shout, "BIG BANG ATTACK!!" I fire a large ball of ki. I teleport in front of it and put my hands at my side. I charge up a lot of energy and then shout, "Galick Gun!!" as I bring my hands forward and release a massive wave of ki. I destroy the incoming ki ball.
