8,000 solar flares, 9,000 Double Galick Gun 7,000 pushups 8,000 situps 7,000 squats and after an hour of resting 9,000 pushups 7,000 situps 5,000 squats. Then i repeat the whole series : 4,000 solar flares, 5,000 Double Galick Gun 3,000 pushups 5,000 situps 6,000 squats and after an hour of resting 5,000 pushups 6,000 situps 5,000 squats.

10,000 solar flares, 10,000 Double Galick Gun 30,000 pushups 30,000 situps 30,000 squats and after an hour of resting 30,000 pushups 30,000 situps 30,000 squats.Then i do 40,000 pushups,situps,pullups,and squats. Then i do 7,000 Kick 8,000 Punch 9,000 Knee 6,000 Shoulder Ram 6,000 Elbow 5,000 Shin Kick 7,000 Uppercut. And that is for today.

detrmined not to be outdone i scream and push my kaioken to its max as i turn super saiyen as well. i then fire super kamehamehaa(10,000 of them) all over the wastlend. i then do 8,000 wolf fang fists and thrn 8,000 push ups. 8,000 situps and 8,000 pullups and 8,000 burpees.
i then still in my ssj kaioken state run around the wastes for a good hour before i lie down for a rest

i wake in the middle of the night and do 10,000 pushups,situps,squats and pullups. i then firee a few ki blastes and level 2 mountains o the ground.

I do again : 4,000 pushups,situps,pullups,and squats. and again 4,000 pushups,situps,pullups,and squats. and gain 4,000 pushups,situps,pullups,and squats. Until i can't do them any more

I start running around the mountain, then i do 10,000 Kick 10,000 Punch 10,000 Knee 10,000 Shoulder Ram 10,000 Elbow 10,000 Shin Kick 10,000 Uppercut, then i do 10,000 galick gun ,and 10,000 power balls....

After that i came up with this : 10,000 solar flares, 10,000 Double Galick Gun 30,000 pushups 30,000 situps 3,000 squats and after an hour of resting 30,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats. After a couple of hours of resting; lets go train some more. In my kaoken x10 mode i do 1,000 galick guns, some 500 Big bang attack, and then i finish my training with Double Galick Gun.

I take my stance and i pulls his his hands back to his sides and charges a Galick Gun in each hand. Then i fires them forward so that they merge into one large Galick Gun wave, inflicting a large amount of damage and destroying the rocks in the way.

I make another stance : i curls my fingers and places both of my hands together at chest level facing the same direction (so that the palm of one hand is on the back of the other). Then, once enough ki is gathered, i thrusts both hands forward to fire a powerful blast of energy. The result is a powerful, fuchsia-colored energy beam that emanates from his hands and body that hit the part of mountain and destroyed it .

i train relentlesly doing 20,000 pushups and 60,000 situps i then do 4,000 laps of the wastland and 60,000 punches in mid air.
i then folow this up by transforming into ssj-kaioken and stay like that for 20 mins before i collapse from exhaustion and black out.

I make my stance i extends my arm and opens my palm and turns my hand up at a 90 degree angle (as if to signal "Stop"). He then powers up and fires a powerful whitish-yellow energy sphere at the opponent. I than repeat this for couple times.

Hm i an going to find othere planets, hm h mh, where have i put my remote. ah here is it, i click a few buttons and the replice of friza spaceship appeared and land near me, i enter the ship and go to the comand room, from there i start the engine and off to space...............

geting strong know.
i start training. i turn ssj and do 10,000 push ups situps squats and pull ups. i then practice my kaioken. i feel power suge as i do another 10,000 of everything.

i carrey on training in my ssj form. i need to become even stronger to defeat cmaster. i do 20,000 push ups sit ups squats and pullups. i then do 400,000 punches in midair. i feel so relaxed when i power down.

i am training like a champ. rest breaks are minimal and training is hrd. ahhh i shout as i push my power up to ssj and i fire my kamhameha every where. i then throw even more punches.

I transmit myself somewhere out in the wilderness of the Planet Vegeta. I walk out into a wide open area and start doing push ups. I do 10,000 push ups and then roll over to my back. I do 10,000 sit ups and then hop back up to my feet...

I run laps around the open area that I have found and manage to run about 1,000 miles. I get bored of running and fly up into the air. I charge up a large ball of ki energy and fire it. I instantaneously transmit a good distance in front of it and put my hands to my side and shout, "SUPER KAMEHAMEHA!!" I fire a large ki wave and overpower the ki ball...
