training :300 pushups 400 situps 200 squats and 400 pullups, then after a rest i get another series of 1,000 pushups 500 situps 700 squats and 800 pullups.

i do 1,000 pushups situps squats and pullups. i then
fall asleep and when i awake i repeat the exerise but do 400 more of each. i then rst and wait for the next day to come

5,000 pushups situps squats and pullups.Next do 8,000 pullups situps and squats. i throw jabs and straght shots. hooks and uppercuts. i then do 20,000 presups. 20,000 situps 20,000 pullps and 100,000 hooks in the air.

do 40,000 pullups,situps,squats and pullups, then lets go back to the training: 2,000 pushups situps squats and pullups, he then power up ,and do another set of 1,000 pushups 1,000 situps 1,000 squats and 1,000 pullups,

I start doing push ups and max out at 10,000 then I roll over and do 10,000 sit ups. do 200 pushups 200 situps 200 squats 200 burpees. I perform 10,000 push up and sit ups. I am able to complete the exercises in half the time that it did the first time. I create a large ball of energy and send it a good distance away from me. I then throw it on me but as the ball come closer i absorb it.

I start out with 10,000 push ups and then roll over and do 10,000 sit ups. I hop up to my feet and pump out 10,000 squats. After I finish I shadowbox and dodge imaginary attacks to loosen myself up.
I do 3,000 pushups 3,000 situps 3,000 squats,

i start training getting ready for ash, i do 10,000 pullups situps, squats and pushups. i then run a 200 mile circuit around the wastland as i push myself to my limits by doing the same thing again. i cant keep this up i scream. i then spark my aura and become a ssj2.
i then repeat the circuit twice and do 20,000 pullups, pushups,squats and pushups. i then do 10 rounds on a heavy bag, 10 on a step up box and then spar imaginary foes for 20 round to make a total of 40 rounds. as i revert back to my normal form i fall on the ground exausted and drained and fall over with only 40,000 health left.

i again train to my limits by doing pushups situps and squats. i then bang the bags as hard as i can for 10 mins, then i box the bags for 10 mins, i keep going jab and straghts, i then hammer it for 10 mins ignoring the lactic acid and pain within my muscles.

i start to feel almost out of breath but i push my power up as high as i can and fly around yadrat several times. i then revert to punching the bag for 20 mins. i then run a 10 mile track 10 times before i power up ultra ssj, i do this to train my power and endurence and to see how long i can do it for.

i push all my power outwards and my aura sparks and the ground around me bagins to shake with the immense power concentration. know i have so much power but little if any speed. i hold this form for as long as i can but it drains my bodys resourses compleyely. i can hardley keep going and i crash to the floor soooooooooo tired.

as i train again i can harley stand. i keep on my feet and fire off a few cominations into the bag but in my base form dont make as much impact but my speed has returned. i then keep going using my pure saiyen will and my desire to be the best to stay on my feet and finish the final 12 round hammer the bag springt. i then hit the deck and black out.

as i train yet again, my enegy has returned and i feel very rejuvinated so i quikly do 20,000 pullups situps,squats and pushups. as i finish i quikly do a 100mile lap around the close area. after i hardly feel tired with my new power.

i start to train again for the day so i run around a trtack that is 200 miles, i do this 10 times, i become so insistent on completing my training that i dont know where 2 days has gone, i am so tired but determined that i begin to run off my adrenaling as i begin running whilst throwing the odd punch.

i am so weary but i force myself on starting the torture training. i run another 400 mioles before i turn ssj2 and keep on running. i wont stop tillim satidfied i have done enough. i then get down to the pushups, just one after another constantly, i keep going. i do 20,000 pushups as i keep going to 40,000. i then stop as i see an old namekian walking towards me.

i laugh as i sense he has such high power, it reminds me of my first saga, the super nameks would be no match for me know. the namekian walks slowly, purposefully and scowls menacingly at me. i heard you a royal saiyan executioner, he stats in a dreary down sort of voice,

yes i say.

errrrrrrrrrrrrr. nooooooooooooo i shout as i run towards him at full speed firing a super kamehameha. he is blasted backwords but other than that, he still stands and laughs.
i am more than a super namek he states. i am a true namek. all my potential realized and you dont stand a chance.

i telepathicly contact ash and say, i am coming to help you soon. just gota kill a twat.
i then fire another kamehameha but yet again it does nothing. the namek appears behind me and smashea me with a right hook.
i fall to the floor. he then continues to punish me beating his way into my very sould, destroying and demoralising me. i scream as ssj2 powers into play and a huge fist beat me back to the floor. but i grab it and push, the namekian goes to the floor, i charge for a lot longer than normal as i fire another super kamehmaha. it hits him in the chest and i chage. i use the wolf fang fist to burst out of the other side of his chest.

i colapse and black out.
